Being totally satisfied with all parts of your life 24/7 is a wonderful concept in theory, but as we all know, real life rarely lives up to this expectation. Many people assume that they have to be 100 percent satisfied, but that would be unusual. A better strategy would be to adopt the 80 percent rule. Ask yourself: Am I satisfied with all parts of my life 80% of the time or more? If the answer is no, then this is a good time to benefit from the services of a wellness coach. Attaining and Maintaining 80%
In relation to your life wheel ratios, can your life become balanced overnight? I can’t promise you that. I can promise you that if you make thoughtful steps over time, using the strategies we develop together, you will have your 80% or better life wheel ratio.
