1. Six-month In-Person Coaching Program--$2800 ($450/month) This six-month package includes: Eighteen, 50 minute one-on-one,
private and confidential, in-person coaching visits, and e-mail support throughout your program.
2. Three-Month In-Person Coaching Program-- $1530 ($510/month) This three-month package includes: Nine 50-minute one-on-one,
private and confidential, in-person coaching visits and e-mail support throughout your program.
3. One-Month In-Person Coaching Program--$550 This one-month trial package includes: Three 50-minute one-on-one, private and
confidential, in-person coaching visits and e-mail support throughout your program.

Intensive Telephone Coaching Packages:
1. Six-month Telephone Coaching Program--$1800 ($300/month) This six-month package includes: Eighteen 50-minute one-on-one,
private and confidential telephone coaching calls and e-mail support throughout your program.
2. Three-month Telephone Coaching Program--$1035 ($345/month) This three-month package includes: Nine 50-minute one-on-one, private

3. One-month Telephone Coaching Trial Program--$400 This one-month trial package includes: Three 50-minute one-on-one, private
